we do more than make our dogs happy

We make our neighbors happy too

Q1. How do you keep the daycare from being too loud?

Jack’s can add three layers of sound-proofing to keep our dogs from disturbing our neighbors. The average daycare uses one layer or none at all.

Our dog run and suites are being designed with acoustic panels that muffle and absorb the barks (fast forward to 1:21). Sound baffles hanging from the ceiling further reduce the sound.

With the advantage of new construction in the build-out, sound barrier products placed between the studs and behind the sheetrock reduce the low noise even further.

Q2. Won't there be a smell?

If left alone like a neglected backyard, yes. If consistently cleaned throughout the day and sprayed down when the dogs are napping, the artificial K9 turf stays safe, clean and odor free.

Jack’s Dog Resort has tested this product against others. It meets our high standards, and we've seen the before and after results. Smells disappear, and waste breaks down leaving only green.

Q3. What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6:30pm

2 Fridays a month: 7:30am - 9:00pm for "Parents' Night Out"

Saturday - Sunday: closed for daycare, open for boarding

2 Saturdays a month: 6:30pm - 9:00pm for "Parents' Night Out"

Q4. How much space works for Jack’s Dog Resort?

The ideal amount of space to safely and comfortably house the number of dogs we plan on accomodating would be 6,000 sq. ft.
